Internet Services: Speeds are not guaranteed and may vary due to network conditions, customer location, terrain, number of connected devices, Wi-Fi usage, equipment limitations, and internet congestion. Service may be provisioned within a minimum-to-maximum speed range depending on availability. Customers will receive the fastest available speed within that range, which may be less than the advertised maximum.

Fiber Services: Fiber internet plans offer upload and download speeds up to 1,000 Mbps where available. Actual speeds depend on network conditions, equipment, and usage.

Promotions: Any promotional items or rewards (such as prepaid cards) will be issued only after eligibility is confirmed. Prepaid cards are subject to terms, conditions, fees, and expiration dates.

Network Reliability: Loyality Department strives for 99.9% network uptime based on internal service monitoring. Outages caused by planned maintenance or emergency events (such as severe weather) may not be included.

Equipment: Monthly equipment fees may apply. Modems and routers provided by Loyality Department support in-home wireless networking, but speeds over Wi-Fi may be slower than wired connections. Equipment must be returned upon cancellation of service or a replacement fee (up to $100 per device) may be charged.

Installation & Activation: Standard installation or activation fees may apply. Professional installation may be included in certain offers.
