Equipment, Taxes & Fees: Standard rates for professional installation may apply. One free modem/gateway is included per household. Internet + Mobile Plans: New customers must sign up for both Internet and Mobile services within 30 days to receive bundled pricing. Internet-only pricing may be adjusted if Mobile service is not activated within this period. Advertised prices include Auto Pay and Paperless Billing discounts. After 12 months, promotional pricing may increase by $25/month and is subject to change thereafter. Mobile services are billed separately.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Applies only to monthly Internet and Mobile service fees, as well as Mobile activation fees. Refund requests must be made within 60 days of service activation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method if no balance remains; otherwise, they will be applied as a bill credit. Mobile device purchases are subject to a 21-day return policy with a $50 restocking fee.

Prepaid Mastercard (if offered): Limited to one per household. Virtual cards are issued by Pathward®, N.A., Member FDIC, under license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Virtual cards can be used online, by phone/mail order, or at retailers that accept mobile wallet payments. Cards are valid for up to six months; unused funds expire after the “valid thru” date.
